A marketing consultant dies in a truck collision and stands before a god who offers two paths: the afterlife or reincarnation into an anime world. Without hesitation, he chooses rebirth, landing in the body of Ichijou Yuuki, the tattooed, muscle-bound eldest son of a yakuza clan and older brother to Raku Ichijou from Nisekoi. Waking in a hospital bed surrounded by subordinates shouting Young Master, he quickly grasps his new reality. But this is no ordinary second chance. A Rescue System materializes in his mind, its main quest flashing with absurd urgency: Save the world of Manga by creating an interesting manga within two weeks. Failure means his little brother becomes dysfunctional, both of them will become depressed and kill themselves. The stakes are brutally personal. With a life classification system offering skills from mathematics to art, and a manga proficiency meter starting at zero, Yuuki must learn to draw fifty pages just to unlock the script for Fairy Tail. His father and brother, bewildered by his sudden request for manga drawing tools, have no idea that the fate of their family now rests on a deadline and a pen.
If I don't draw, I'll lose something important to me.

Yuuki, now inhabiting the body of a yakuza heir, faces a ticking clock. The Rescue System demands he create an interesting manga within two weeks or his little brother Raku will die. He discovers his manga proficiency is zero and must draw fifty pages just to unlock the Fairy Tail script. Using his inherited stamina and dexterity, he draws nonstop for three days, ignoring his beautiful doctor Ayako Hiiragi who tries to make him rest. The pressure mounts as he races against time, his only motivation the survival of his brother. When he finally reaches fifty points and claims the Fairy Tail manuscript, the system warns him to wait until one hundred points proficiency to draw it properly. A new quest appears: raise proficiency to one hundred points. Yuuki hugs Ayako in celebration, earning a slap, but he is undeterred. He taps his own little brother and whispers, Dont worry, Ill save you. The stakes are life and death, and Yuuki is just getting started.
Yuuki must master manga drawing within two weeks to save his brother from a cursed fate.
Yuuki, now with one hundred points in manga proficiency, completes the first three chapters of Fairy Tail. He researches the publishing world and discovers the industry is stagnant, with only Dragon Ball, Golgo 13, and Astro Boy as past hits. The system gives him a new quest: Save Weekly Shonen Gongon, which is in dire straits as newcomers flock to Shonen Jump. Yuuki decides to submit his manga to Gongon. He meets Mihari Otosuna, a new editor desperate for a hit, and her chief editor Minano Matome, a small, expressionless woman who immediately recognizes the potential of Fairy Tail. They negotiate an impressive eighteen percent royalty for a newcomer. Yuuki signs the contract, and the quest completes, rewarding him with three system lotteries. He also meets Hinako Sakuragi, a nervous girl with a habit of turning into a scarecrow when flustered, and guides her to the Hitotose Dorm. The chapter ends with Yuuki returning home to celebrate with his yakuza family, but his mind is already on the next challenge: saving the manga world.
Yuuki secures a publishing deal for Fairy Tail, saving Gongon and earning his first major system rewards.
Yuuki opens his system lottery rewards and gains Arc of Embodiment, a Lost Magic from Fairy Tail that allows him to materialize anything he imagines. He tests it by creating fire, rubber-like elasticity, and finally the legendary Noble Phantasm Avalon, which he inserts into his own body for healing. He moves into a new apartment and meets his neighbor, Kasumigaoka Utaha from Saekano, a sharp-tongued, black-bellied beauty who immediately intrigues him. He also hires two manga assistants: Eriri Spencer Sawamura, a tsundere hentai mangaka, and Katsuki Tsubasa, a tomboyish chuunibyou from Comic Girls. The trio begins working on Fairy Tail, but Yuuki also starts planning a game for the Game Making Tournament to save his school from closing. He encounters Conan Edogawa for the first time at a sushi restaurant, where a murder case unfolds, and Utaha clings to him in fear. That night, she asks him to stay with her, and he sleeps in a chair beside her bed. The harem is forming, and Yuuki is already juggling multiple women, a manga career, and a growing list of supernatural abilities.
Yuuki gains reality-warping magic, assembles a harem of creators, and survives a murder case with Conan.
Yuuki reluctantly agrees to a double date with his brother Raku, Chitoge, and Yukana, all while trying to sabotage his own date with Yukana to keep a promise to Ranko. He takes them to an ultra-spicy ramen shop and a horror movie, but both backfire, making the date more successful. After beating up thugs who harass Chitoge and Yukana, Yuuki finally confesses to Yukana that he is not the one who originally confessed to her. She reveals she already knew but wants to date him anyway. Ranko, watching from the shadows, is furious. Later, Ranko offers her virginity to Yuuki to stop him from dating Yukana, but he rejects her harshly, calling her cheap. Heartbroken, Ranko decides to transfer schools. Yuuki, realizing his mistake, chases her in the rain, proposes to her, and kisses her. He then negotiates with her parents to let her stay with him, introducing her to Utaha as his second wife. The harem grows, and Yuuki learns that love is not a game to be won but a bond to be cherished.
