The bond switch from Kevin to Kiana yields an immediate 40% Melancholy Charge Efficiency, a staggering boost. As a reward, he awakens the [Stigmata: Cecilia Schariac], which unintentionally gives him an aura resembling a gentle mother. This creates an awkwardly hilarious dynamic as Kiana, in a fever-induced hallucination, calls him "Mom." Their cohabitation begins with a shopping trip and a sales assistant mistaking them for a mother-daughter duo. The bond deepens, and the world of the Previous Era opens its arms, albeit awkwardly, to the pair of timeline-displaced white-haired souls.

The Third Honkai Eruption hits Nagazora, and Liang Wu is forced to reveal his power to Kevin and the entire school, one-shotting a Chariot-class Honkai Beast. He rushes home to find Kiana, and together they confront the devastating Herrscher of Thunder. Liang Wu engages in a brutal duel, using his Honkai Technique Lapse: Blue and Reversal: Red, but the Herrscher outsmarts his Infinitiy by heating the air inside his lungs. They battle across the ruined city, with Liang Wu's ideals of being "the strongest" challenged at every turn. The fight culminates in a devastating black hole, but victory is snatched away as Kiana is forced to intervene, and a new threat emerges—the Herrscher of the Void—complicating the battle for humanity.

The aftermath of the Honkai eruption leaves Liang Wu gravely injured. In the midst of his recovery, Kiana's condition worsens, pushing him to discover a new technique: the Reverse Honkai Technique, a power born from the fusion of his Six Eyes and the Saint's Stigmata. This new power is capable of healing fatal wounds. Realizing he needs an even larger source of power, Liang Wu makes the risky decision to switch his bond from Kiana to Elysia, the Herrscher of Human, for a panic-driven, quick reward. He is rewarded with the [Barrier Techniques] skill, enabling him to construct complex spaces from thin air. Facing the dual-authority Herrscher of Thunder, Liang Wu unleashes a final gambit—a Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void, sealing the Herrscher in an endless torrent of information and giving Kiana the opening she needs to finish the fight.

After securing the Herrscher cores, Liang Wu and Kiana decide to join Fire Moth, the world's anti-Honkai organization. Upon arrival, they are met with a startling revelation—the organization is being masterminded by an Otto Apocalypse from the future, who has been collecting "destined" heroes like Kevin, Su, and even Kalpas. Otto, aware of his role as a villain, proposes a temporary alliance for the sake of survival, and the pair reluctantly accept the offer, beginning their formal military training. As they navigate the new environment, they reunite with old friends and enemies, including the ever-troublesome Elysia and the calculating Dr. Mobius, who are now more intrigued than ever by Liang Wu's mysterious power.
